Club Member Access Instructions

How the new members will create a new account

  1. First of all, go to “Join Club De La Tech” page under “Club De La Tech” menu.
  2. Enter the details for “Membership Information”, “Shipping Information” and “Credit Card Information”.
  3. On successful Credit Card setup, the member will receive two email notifications. A) Acknowledgment mail and B) User Credential.
  4. New member can access the website using this credential from the email.

How the existing member will get their credentials

  1. From the top bar of the website (right of the CDLT logo), click the user icon
  2. Click “Login” from the dropdown.
  3. Login Screen will appear next.
  4. Click “Forgot Password” from bottom right side.
  5. Enter the email address as username.
  6. Click “Continue” button.
  7. An email with URL/link will go to the member. Click that URL to login.

How the existing member will manage their account

  1. Login with the member credential.
  2. From the top bar of the website (right of the CDLT logo) click the user icon
  3. Select “Account Management” from the dropdown.
  4. Next the “Membership Management” tab will appear by default on the admin panel.
  5. From “Membership Management” tab, members can change the credit card information by clicking “Credit Card” button.
  6. From “Membership Management” tab, members can update membership by clicking “Update Membership” button
  7. The next tab is “Profile Management” tab. Click on the tab to update personal Information, Billing Information and Shipping Information.
  8. 8. The last tab is “Change Password” tab. Click on the tab to change their existing password.
